Description
The CD54AC240/3A and CD54ACT240/3A are three-state octal buffer/line drivers that utilize the Harris Advanced CMOS Logic technology. These devices have active-LOW output enables (1OE, 2OE) The CD54AC240/3A and CD54ACT240/3A are supplied in 20 lead dual-in-line ceramic packages (F suffix).
